INTEREST RATE

• 15 p.a. (1.25% p.m.) on Reducing Balance.

CONDITIONS

• Must be Member of Society
• Share Money & Compulsory Deposit (CD) shall be min. 10% each deposited into the account of the member.
• 2 Guarantor (Guarantor shall be the existing member of the society and should not be DEFAULER.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED

• Photo Id Proof (Any like Aadhar Card, Pan Card Voter ID Card Driving License etc.)
• Income Proof (latest ITR, Salary Slip, Affidavit)
• Address Proof (Water/Electricity bill/Rent Agreement etc.)
• 2 Latest Passport size photo.
• 2 A/c.Payees Cheque.

LOAN TENURE & CHARGES

• Loan Tenure will be maximum of 36 months (3 Years).
• Non-Payment of the installment of due date will incur 3% penalty interest extra to the member.
• Processing Charges (2%).
